Baby it's cold outside (already)! Oh...and Happy Thanksgiving :)

It's that time of year again. The beautiful fall leaves have left the trees and it's most definitely coat weather - in my neck of the woods anyway. Despite the chill and busy schedule, I still try to find time once in awhile to enjoy the view ;). I hope that you've been able to step away from everything, even briefly, in order to rest, reset, and rejuvenate. I wish you and yours a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Travel Alert!
Here are some upcoming dates in which I will be out of town with limited availability.

December 4th-6th: NYC
December 23rd-January 4th: I will have limited availability over the Holidays as I will be traveling and spending time with family. I wish a safe and very happy Holiday season to you and yours!
January 28th-Feb 1st: Voxy Ladies Summit

Feel free to contact me in order to schedule sessions before I leave or for after I get back. I will also have my portable recording gear with me for anything urgent that comes up.

What has Fran been up to, you ask? Ok, maybe you didn't really ask, but I'll tell you anyway :)

I had a blast working on TV spots for CNN’s Great Big Story. They can be seen currently on CNN and HLN (you can also view them by clicking on the thumbnails on the right).

I'm so thrilled to be the voice of Carrington College on their recent TV and radio commercials, web videos, and on-hold messaging. You can hear a small sample here.

If you've taken a gander recently at my profile pic on Twitter, you may have noticed that I'm sporting a stache. That's because I am a proud Movember Mo Sista! This is my 5th year participating in this wonderful fundraising event to raise awareness about men's health issues, such as prostate and testicular cancer, as well as mental health issues. The team I am with this year is Team: MVO: The Voice-Over Guys (an awesome collective of male voiceover talent...check 'em out if you're ever in need of a male voice). There's still time to donate, if you feel so inclined ;).

Fran McClellan

My name is Fran McClellan and I'm a voiceover type person (voiceoverist, voice actress, gum flapper...whichever title floats your boat). It's not just my job, but my passion and I'm so blessed to be able to make a living out of having fun! I reside in beautiful Northern Pennsylvania, an area that is referred to as God’s Country (really…it’s on the welcome sign and everything).

My voice has been described as bright, youthful, energetic, conversational, friendly, and, millennial.

Some recent clients include Shutterfly, Miracle-Gro, CNN’s Great Big Story, Radio Flyer, Amana, Carrington College, Plato’s Closet, Nordstrom Rack, Planet Fitness, Family Life Network, and more.

My studio is equipped with ISDN capability, Source-Connect, and ipDTL. Alternatively, I can record on my own and send the files via e-mail, FTP, or cloud based service. From what I've been told, I'm pretty easy to work with too ;)
